Q: How long will my order take to ship?
Most orders ship within 2-3 weeks, depending on the artisan. Be sure to
check the product description for the exact ship time. If you need
your item sooner, please be sure
to contact us prior to purchase to determine if your item is eligible
Q: What makes your items different from other retailers?
All of our items are made to order with care and to the customer's
specifications. We offer custom designs and only use trusted vendors for
our products which have been tested and inspected by us! We don't sell
anything we don't use ourselves!
Q: What if I want a design you don't carry?
A: Most of our designs started out as custom requests, so if you don't
see what you are looking for, e-mail us and we will create a custom
quote for you!
Q:What if I change my mind after ordering?
your item has not yet shipped or reached the creation stage, we can
refund your purchase. However, due to the personal nature of our items,
once the order begins the creation process (typically 24 hours after
order), there are no refunds on purchases. At this point we will offer
you a store credit in the amount of your order. Should you experience a
problem with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange.
Q: Do You Accept Returns?
to the personal nature of many of our products, we are unable to accept a personalized item
for return. However, if there is a problem with your order, we
encourage you to e-mail us within 24 hours of delivery and we can
usually accept an item for replacement or repair.
Items approved for return must be in original unused condition.
This includes but is not limited to: Pet stains, pet hair, odors of any
kind including food, pet or smoke. Item must be free of rips, tears and
be in perfect, unworn condition. Items must be packed carefully to avoid
damage to the product during transit- permanent wrinkles or creases in
the garment are unacceptable. If product comes with a tag, tag must be
attached to the item. Determination if a return meets this criteria is
left strictly to the owner. Returned items not meeting
the criteria will be refused and sent back to the original purchaser.
This is to protect us from "prom dress" syndrome returns- or returns
that are purchased for a special event or photography session and then
